Whether it’s a loaded dump trailer, livestock hauler, or a fifth wheel conversion, the single-piece machined ball socket gives you a solid connection that stays tight under strain. The powder coated steel construction resists corrosion and holds up to years of towing tough loads.
When the trailer’s unhooked, you can reclaim your truck bed in minutes. Pull the handle, flip the 2-5/16" ball upside down, and drop it back into the hitch for storage. The Turnoverball design sits below the bed surface so you’ve got a flat, open space for hauling gear or materials. The square ball base fits snugly in the socket to keep grime from building up when it’s stowed.
The handle is easy to reach from the rear driver’s-side wheel well so you can lock or release the hitch without climbing into the bed. A 5/8" thick spring-loaded steel pin slides all the way through the ball to secure it in place. The square base keeps the ball from rotating inside the hitch during hookup, making lining up smooth and simple. Built-in spring-loaded safety-chain hookups keep everything tidy and ready to go.
The included custom mounting kit bolts to existing holes in the frame—no welding or bed removal needed. You’ll cut a single 4" diameter hole in your bed for the hitch ball and drill for the safety-chain loops. Once installed, you get a clean setup that’s easy to operate from the wheel well and ready for accessories like offset balls or a Companion fifth-wheel adapter (sold separately).

The kit is specifically designed for your particular truck, which means the frame brackets and hardware are a perfect fit. No frame drilling required. You have to drill one 4" hole and [4] 11/16" holes in the bed. The process is a little time-consuming but the custom design helps a lot. It took me 7 hours to install working leisurely but deliberately. I did it in my driveway on a nice day, alternately rolling around on a creeper and referencing the instructions on the tailgate.
ETrailers installation videos helped me a ton.
The kit quality was really nice. You can tell that BW takes pride in their product and their company. One downside: I had to make one hardware store run because the kit shorted me [1] 5/8" flat washer.
In summary, this hitch's combination of convenience and quality construction makes it a top-tier option for anybody.
Very well built and the installation video was fantastic.
Great product a little tough to get bolts torqued by yourself but is doable. Great fit and finish.
Product is great, Yall may want to use heavier Packaging, Mine was delivered all busted up and open /torn both ends.
But after removing all contents there was not any damage and I believe all the parts were accounted for.

Great quality product. Mechanically inclined here would recommend doing on a hoist. Install video was great but installing on the floor wasn’t easy by yourself. Would definitely recommend this turnover gooseneck ball
Quality is excellent except for the hardened bolts which we easily snapped one with an impact. One of the black threadlock bolts. Also for 2023 F350 it was pretty difficult to get around the existing hardware where the exhaust was the least of the worries. Definitely drop the spare tire and maybe remove the diff fluid reservoir some other equipment it will make a huge difference on your installation. Definitely do not tighten any of the bolts before you finish there is a full torquing process at the end so keep everything loose.
Received within two (2) days of order. Installation pretty straight forward. Took a couple of days to install by myself without a lift. Great product. Have a B&W gooseneck on my other truck. Works great with Anderson 5th wheel hitch set up.

So far it looks great & my son who owns his own shop is putting it in my brand new 2026 Ford F250 as we speak. I’ll let you know if there are any problems but it looks like great quality. I can send another photo after it’s finished

I searched a lot of hitches and B&W always came out on top in reviews so I went with this hitch. Glad I did. I've had a gooseneck in prior trucks but this is the easiest and best I've seen. Easy to operate. I use the Anderson Hitch with this B&W to pull our 15000# Fifth Wheel. Can't be happier with this hitch. Looked pretty easy to install but I tend to mess up mechanical stuff so I had a mechanic install it just to be safe but he said it was pretty easy and straight forward. I ordered it and it showed up quickly and in great condition as expected from etrailer.
Seems to be a well built hitch. Install took about 4 hours.

I’ve had good luck with B&W products. They fit perfectly and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. This is only the second turnover hitch I’ve installed but it was as straightforward as can be. It’s a little tight in some places but I found removing the rear wheels and a good assortment of ratchet extensions and universal joints gives me the room and angles I need to get the proper torque on everything.
Their support team is great. I ordered the wrong part. I called them.They had the correct part to me in a couple of days. They even paid shipping back on the incorrect part.
I would give 0 stars if this was on option. I ordered this hitch and it arrived in a few days as expected. I started the install, and realized that the hardware kit was missing one of the D shaped threaded bushings for the cross member. This is a custom bushing built specifically for this product, so I can’t just run to the hardware store and pick one up. Also due to how the hitch assembles I could not proceed forward with the installation.
I contacted Etrailer to request a replacement part for the one that was missing. The agent I spoke with was very nice, so this is not a reflection on him. I’m not sure if it’s Etrailer’s or B&W’s policy, but I had to send pictures of the boxes, date codes and a picture of the missing part (what would you do if there was only one part and it was missing) before a replacement could be requested. This was 5 days ago and a replacement has not been shipped. Etrailer said it’s being shipped from the manufacture. Fine, but at least have some SLA’s around delivery with you manufactures. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a $.50 part.
I had several people tell me to get the OEM hitch from the Ford dealer. I’m wishing I would have gone that route.
Pretty good, but for a vehicle specific product I was a little disappointed in having to reroute wiring and remount factory mounted connectors on the truck. It could have been avoided with an offset dog leg handle.

It hasnt fallen off yet.
Perfect fit, I wouldnt go as far as to say it was an easy install, qbout 4 hours on 2025 f350. But definitely better then the 1000 bucks the dealer wanted to charge me to install. Then the 1200 bucks he wanted for exact same hitch... Well worth the savings, suck it up do yourself.

I am glad this gooseneck fit perfect on your vehicle. I would agree the installation is not the easiest, I have struggled through my fair share, but definitely worth saving the money. What kind of trailer will you be towing with this?
